New Group Ticketing Scheme Launched
Shamrock Rovers FC has rolled out a Group Ticketing Scheme for its home matches, starting with the upcoming game against Shelbourne on 4 September. The initiative allows clubs, teams, or any group to purchase tickets collectively and receive a substantial financial benefit.
How the Scheme Works
To participate, a club must first register for a group booking via the dedicated Group Ticketing Link. Once registered, the club can share the offer with its members. When tickets are purchased through this link, the club’s name must be attributed at checkout for the transaction to qualify. For every ticket sale, 50% of the revenue is donated back to the booking club. For example, if a club sells €500 worth of tickets, €250 will be returned to the club.
First Implementation and Future Plans
The scheme will debut at the Shelbourne match on 4 September. Shamrock Rovers plan to extend the offer to all future home league matches, providing a consistent revenue stream for participating clubs. The club encourages local teams and community groups to take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy a matchday together while supporting their own financial needs.
