The demanding nature of the League of Ireland Premier Division means continuous evolution is essential, and while we've shown flashes of brilliance, our recent form suggests it's time for a deep dive into the tactical blueprint and some potential fine-tuning.

Our renowned high press has been a hallmark of Rovers' success, suffocating opponents and creating countless turnovers in dangerous areas. Lately, however, there have been instances where this intensity hasn't been consistently maintained for the full ninety. Opposing sides, increasingly wise to our strategy, are sometimes finding pathways through our initial wave, forcing our midfield and defence into deeper positions earlier than desired.
